Rashad Bailey is a native of Newark, Delaware. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.S in Education and earned his MAT in Teaching from Trevecca University. After graduation he started a career in education enriching the lives of high school students in Nashville TN. After 13 years as an educator, Rashad, decided to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering at Tennessee State University to follow his passion of solving complex problems, creating and developing new ideas that can help people improve their quality of life. This passion lead him to Tennessee State University (TSU) were he now plays in active role in projects and coordinates the Pre-Engineering program for incoming freshman.
